Other Details to Note
-----------Some things to note----------- - Please note, houses in Pisac don't have central heating and radiators - so the warmth you might be used to back home likely won't be possible! We have a large gas heater in the living room which you’re welcome to use. We ask guests to cover costs, so that it can be used as much as you like without fiddly money requests and to avoid wasting leftover gas on changeovers. A 55-soles gas container lasts a few days to 1 month+ depending on your usage :) (as an estimate, one per week with very regular usage) We don’t usually use any heating ourselves as we’re used to the weather here and get by just fine by wrapping up when the sun goes down, and the beds are sufficiently warm (we also have electric blankets) We ask that you dont bring in extra electric heaters unless otherwise agreed as they cost a lot in electricity! Thanks :) - our neighbors have recently covered a part of our living room window, so the amount of light coming in might be lower than seen in the photos -As it's a country house with lots of earth and not much concrete around, a few insects will likely make an entrance ;) - Finally, next door to us a house has been built but not finished - we've never heard any noise from them and don't expect much since the noisy bits are all done - but an unfinished house isn't the most sightly thing so we figured it worth mentioning.
